One Parent Scholar House earns highest five-star rating from Kentucky All Stars

One Parent Scholar House Child Development Center has received a certificate stating their 5 STAR RATING, the highest rating offered, earned through excellent standards met in the Kentucky All STARS Tiered Quality Rating and Improvement System.

Such a high rating requires meeting rigorous standards of excellence which support the Child Development Center in increasing kindergarten readiness, creating systems of support, providing parent/caregiver assurances of quality, and providing opportunities for collaboration.

Kentucky All STARS is Kentucky’s expanded five-star quality rating and improvement system serving all early-care and education programs – including childcare centers, Head Start and public preschool – that receive public funding.

The unified system is based on Kentucky’s Early Childhood Standards and research-based indicators of quality. Kentucky All STARS recognizes programs that have made a commitment to continuous quality improvement and provides programs with additional support including training, technical assistance and coaching.
