The Fun Guide contains a listing for a wide variety of athletic programs, cultural arts/special events, camps and an abundance of park facilities for aquatic, golf, nature-loving and picnicking enthusiasts. This booklet also includes important information on how citizens can easily register online for numerous athletic leagues and activities as well as reserve picnic shelters.

“After a long, cold winter we are all looking forward to the warm months ahead and to making plans for the summer,” said Jerry Hancock, director of Lexington Parks and Recreation. “We want everyone to review the Fun Guide and take advantage of the many family-friendly, cost-effective programs the city has to offer throughout the year.”

Lexington residents may obtain a print copy of the Fun Guide at any Parks facility including community centers, golf pro shops, McConnell Springs, Raven Run Nature Sanctuary, the Bell House, Lexington Senior Center and Parks offices. Program information is also available on the Parks and Recreation website by clicking here.
