SPECIAL NOTES

Traffic could be congested downtown near the Fifth-Third Pavilion at Cheapside Park from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, May 3, for Thursday Night Live.
 

The Division of Traffic Engineering will install three-way stop signs and pavement markings at the intersection of West Sixth and Jefferson streets on Tuesday, May 1, pending favorable weather conditions.  Motorists are advised to use caution at the intersection while traffic adjusts to the change.

SIGNIFICANT TRAFFIC IMPACT
One lane at a time of Winchester Road will be CLOSED at Eastland Drive on Monday, April 30, to install new traffic signals.
 

One lane at a time of Jefferson Street will be CLOSED at Tower Plaza from Monday, April 30, through Tuesday, May 1, for pavement repair.   
 

One lane at a time of Euclid Avenue will be CLOSED at Transylvania Park from Wednesday, April 4, through Monday, May 7, to replace a water main.  Traffic will be maintained in both directions.
 

The outbound right lane of Richmond Road will be blocked between Woodland Avenue and Kentucky Avenue from Monday, April 30, through Friday, May 11, for utility work.
 

The right lane of East Main Street will be blocked between Esplanade and North Martin Luther King Boulevard from Monday, April 30, through Tuesday, May 1, for manhole repair.
 

One lane at a time of Fortune Drive will be blocked between Winchester Road and Liberty Road through Friday, May 4, for milling and paving.
 

One lane at a time of Euclid Avenue will be CLOSED at Transylvania Park through Monday, April  30, for utility work.  Traffic will be maintained in both directions.
 

The outbound right lane of Richmond Road will be CLOSED between Fontaine Road and East New Circle Road  through Friday, May 4, to replace utility poles.
 

One lane at a time of Clays Mill Road will be closed and traffic will be diverted into travel lanes between Keithshire Way and Cromwell Way through Thursday, May 31, as part of the Clays Mill Road widening project.
 

MODERATE TRAFFIC IMPACT
The outbound right lane of East Main Street and the right turn lane of Woodland Avenue could be blocked from Monday, April 30, through Wednesday, May 2, for pavement repairs.
 

The westbound lane of Seventh Street could be blocked between Maple Avenue and North Martin Luther King Boulevard from Monday, April 30, through Wednesday, May 2, for pavement repairs.
 

The outbound travel and parking lanes of North Limestone could be blocked between Rosemary Avenue and West New Circle Road from Monday, April 30, through Wednesday, May 2, for pavement repairs.
 

The sidewalk and left lane of North Upper Street could be blocked between West Second Street and Church Street from Monday, April 30, through Wednesday, May 2, for pavement repairs.

 

One lane of Squires Road will be blocked at Brookewind Way near the reservoir from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Monday, April 30, through Friday, May 4, for street work.
 

One lane of Squires Road will be blocked at Brookewind Way near the reservoir from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Monday, May 7, through Friday, May 11, for street work.
 

The right lane of West High Street and the left lane of South Limestone Street will be blocked at the intersection  from Monday, April 30, through Wednesday, May 2, for pavement repairs.
 

The southbound lane of Woodland Avenue could be blocked between East High Street and Old Vine Street from Monday, April 30, through Wednesday, May 2, for pavement repairs.
 

One lane at a time of Rosemont Garden will be blocked at Chelan Drive through Friday, May 4, for utility work.
 

The northwestbound lane of Sparks Road will be CLOSED between Delaware Avenue and Lagonda Avenue from Wednesday, May 2, through Friday, June 1, for utility work.
 

A rolling blockage will affect the westbound lane of Lane Allen Road between Harrodsburg Road and Garden Springs Drive through Monday, April 30, for utility work. 
 

The northwestbound lane of Sparks Road will be CLOSED between Delaware Avenue and Lagonda Avenue from Wednesday, May 2, through Friday, June 1, for utility work.
 

One lane at a time – both east and west – of Rosemont Garden will be closed between Elam Park and Southport Drive through Monday, April 30, for utility work.  
 

One lane at a time of Morgan Avenue between Bryan Avenue and Oak Hill Drive will be blocked from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. through April 30, for sewer work.
