Suzy is happy, happy, happy to start the Memorial Day weekend giving away something nice. Congratulations to Manda Overturf Shank of Lexington who is going on a shopping trip to Dots newly revamped retail store in Regency Center! Suzy loves her smart, sharing readers. Here is some good advice for you:

Emily: My fashion advice is simply: less is more. Shop for pieces for you wardrobe that can be worn several ways, like a white button up blouse or a basic black dress that can be worn day or night. For instance, dress up a white blouse with a blazer or sweater or dress it down with jeans.

Manda: My fashion, money sensible tip is to shop during the end of the season for items for next year. It is hard to try on coats when the temperature outside is “shorts” weather, but it will save a lot of money. Planning ahead is the way to go!

Dawn: I have many ways for saving money. I use my coupons with the sales circulars and online tools. I shop at consignment stores and goodwill for clothes. I always check the clearance items at Target, Walmart, Kroger, etc. I will hardly every pay full price for anything. If it is not on sale I probably don’t need it.
