The two active Kentucky Minor League Baseball teams were 1-1 on Wednesday, and several former Kentucky college standouts posted multi-hit efforts for their respective teams. You can see those stories and more below in the daily BluGrass Baseball MiLB roundup:
Right-handed pitcher Mike Foltynewicz earned his ninth victory of the season after leading the Lexington Legends to a 9-2 win versus West Virginia. Foltynewicz surrendered two runs on five hits in six and one-third innings while striking out four batters and walking three. Second baseman Delino DeShields Jr. was 2-5 with one double and two runs scored, and right fielder Mike Kvasnicka was 2-5 with one double and one run scored. Shortstop Chan Moon slugged his second home run of the season and drove in four runs. (Box Score)
A four-run third inning was enough offense for West Michigan to send the Bowling Green Hot Rods to a 4-2 loss. Hot Rods first baseman Jeff Malm was 3-4 with one home run, one RBI and one run scored, and designated hitter Todd Glaesmann was 2-4 with two doubles. Former WKU catcher Matt Rice was 2-3 with one double. Hot Rods right-handed pitcher Andrew Bellatti was charged with the loss after surrendering four runs on two hits in three innings. Left-handed pitcher Jacob Partridge surrendered three hits in six scoreless innings of relief while striking out five batters and walking one. (Box Score)

Former UK second baseman Chris Bisson was 2-3 with two runs scored for high A Lake Elsinore.
Former Lafayette High School and EKU infielder Jayson Langfels was 2-3 with two RBI, one run scored and one walk for high A Modesto.
Former UK outfielder Lance Ray was 2-4 with one double, one RBI and two runs scored for high A Fort Myers.
Former UofL infielder Ryan Wright was 2-5 with one double and one RBI for low A Dayton.
Former WKU infielder Terrence Dayleg was 2-5 with one RBI and one run scored for low A Greensboro.
Former Boyle County High School right-handed pitcher Patrick Cooper did not receive a decision after surrendering two runs on five hits in four innings while striking out three batters and walking none in a start for AA Erie.
Former UK left-handed pitcher Logan Darnell was charged with a loss after surrendering one run on two hits in four and two-third innings while striking out five batters and walking four in a start for AA New Britain.
