College GameDay returns to Rupp Arena
for Missouri’s first visit since joining SEC

ESPN’s College GameDay is returning to Rupp Arena.

The weekly basketball preview show will film live at Rupp Arena on Feb. 23 before UK’s game with Southeastern Conference newcomer Missouri, ESPN announced Wednesday. The game, which will tip off at 9 p.m., will mark Missouri’s first trip to Rupp Arena. This is the first game confirmed for UK’s 2012-13 SEC schedule.

GameDay was last at Rupp Arena on Feb. 10, 2010, when UK fans set a record for the show’s largest crowd with 22,144 fans. GameDay was at UK’s road win versus Vanderbilt last season.

GameDay is in its ninth season and welcomes Jalen Rose to the show as a regular panelist this season. Rose will be joined by host Rece Davis and analysts Jay Bilas and Digger Phelps.
