Legendary: When Baseball Came to the Bluegrass, a film which documents the history of the Lexington Legends, has been selected for inclusion in the annual Baseball Film Festival at the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, N. Y.
Remix Films of Georgetown produced Legendary. The director was Michael Crisp, and the producer was Scott Hall.
The festival is scheduled for September 28-30.
“We’re thrilled for Michael and Scott and all the folks at Remix Films,” said Legends General Manager Seth Poteat. “This is quite an honor and we’re excited for the story behind the Legends to reach an even broader audience.”
“The film does a great job telling the story of the Legends,” added Legends President and COO Andy Shea. “To be recognized in Cooperstown is a great honor for anyone associated with baseball. Congratulations to everyone at Remix Films.”
