21 C Museum Hotel in Lexington earns prestigious AAA Four Diamond Award for third consecutive year

AAA has announced that 21c Museum Hotel in downtown Lexington has earned the coveted AAA Four Diamond Award, the third consecutive year the hotel has earned the distinction.

“Travelers can expect elegance, comfort and style while staying at a Four Diamond hotel in the heart of downtown Lexington,” said Lori Weaver Hawkins, public and government affairs manager, AAA Blue Grass.

21c Museum Hotel in Lexington is part of a select group of establishments within North America and is one of only eight hotels in Kentucky to receive the AAA Four Diamond Award distinction. A total of 1,722 hotels throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean received the Four Diamond Rating in the past 12 months, qualifying them for the 2019 Four Diamond Award list.

These elite establishments account for 6.3 percent of the more than 27,000 AAA Inspected & Approved and Diamond Rated hotels. AAA offers the only rating system using comprehensive, on-site professional hotel and restaurant evaluations guided by member priorities.

Hotels at this level are committed to providing every guest with a high degree of hospitality, with attentive service in upscale surroundings, according to AAA. Four Diamond Rated properties typically offer an extensive array of amenities and guest services.
