Allegiant begins season nonstop flights from Lexington to Baltimore, Savannah this week

Allegiant launched new, nonstop service from Lexington, Kentucky to Baltimore / Washington D.C. and Savannah / Hilton Head this week.

To mark the new service, the company, known for its travel deals, is offering one-way fares on the new routes for as low as $39.

“Allegiant is excited to provide Lexington area travelers with an ultra-low-cost option to visit these renowned destinations,” said Jude Bricker, Allegiant chief operating officer. “We are confident residents of this region will take advantage of the service to enjoy all that Washington, D.C. and Savannah / Hilton Head have to offer.”


Seasonal nonstop service from Blue Grass Airport to:

— Savannah, Georgia via Savannah / Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) – begins June 2, 2016 with fares as low as $60
— Washington D.C. via Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) – begins June 3, 2016 with fares as low as $39

Each new flight will operate twice weekly. Flight days, times and the lowest fares can be found only at Allegiant.com.

Flights from Lexington to Savannah / Hilton Head must be purchased by June 9, 2016 for travel by August 14, 2016. Flights from Lexington to Baltimore / Washington D.C. must be purchased by June 10, 2016 for travel by August 15, 2016.
