Lindsey Wilson baseball student-athlete Scott Sebald has been named to the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League South All-Star Team.

Sebald, a pitcher for the Blue Raider baseball team, is 4-2 in seven starts in his first season with GLSCL member Cincinnati Steam. He has a 3.58 earned run average with 22 strikeouts in 32.2 innings of work and is tied for the league lead in wins.

A native of Cincinnati, Sebald began the season by winning four of his first five starts for the Steam. He allowed just two earned runs while striking out 13 batters in that span.

The Cincinnati Steam is one of nine teams in the league consisting of student-athletes from all levels of collegiate baseball and Sebald is one of 24 student-athletes to be selected as a member of the South All-Star team.
