NBA roundup: Cousins, Meeks face off

Nine players with local ties took the court in NBA games Tuesday night. You can see a rundown of their performances below:


Former UK center DeMarcus Cousins scored 17 points on 7-15 shooting and grabbed 10 rebounds in 31 minutes of action for the Sacramento Kings.


Former UK guard Jodie Meeks scored 14 points on 5-9 shooting and grabbed one rebound in 28 minutes of action for the Philadelphia 76ers.


Former UK point guard Brandon Knight scored 12 points on 4-9 shooting, grabbed five rebounds and tallied two assists in 35 minutes of action for the Detroit Pistons.


Former UK point guard John Wall scored eight points on 3-12 shooting and tallied nine assists in 33 minutes of action for the Washington Wizards.


Lexington native Shelvin Mack scored four points on 2-4 shooting and tallied three assists in 14 minutes of action for the Wizards.


Former UK student Enes Kanter, who was declared ineligible to play basketball at UK by the NCAA, scored two points on 1-3 shooting and grabbed four rebounds in nine minutes of action for the Utah Jazz.


Former UK forward Patrick Patterson scored four points on 2-6 shooting and grabbed five rebounds in 22 minutes of action for the Houston Rockets.


Former UK forward Tayshaun Prince two points on 1-5 shooting and tallied two assists in 22 minutes of action for the Pistons.


Former UK center Nazr Mohammed scored two points on 1-2 shooting and grabbed two rebounds in eight minutes of action for the Oklahoma City Thunder.


Former UK center Jamaal Magloire did not play for the Toronto Raptors due to a coach’s decision.


Former UK forward Chuck Hayes sat out again for the Kings with a dislocated shoulder.


Former UK point guard Eric Bledsoe was inactive again for the Los Angeles Clippers as he continues to rehab from offseason surgery.
