NBA Roundup: Cousins posts double-double


Former UK center DeMarcus Cousins scored 16 points on 6-8 shooting and grabbed 10 rebounds in 22 minutes of action for the Sacramento Kings. The performance was Cousins’s fifth double-double of the season.

 

Former UK point guard John Wall scored 10 points on 3-10 shooting, dished out six assists and grabbed five rebounds for the Washington Wizards.

 

Former UK center Nazr Mohammed did not score and was 0-1 from the field in seven minutes of action for the Oklahoma City Thunder. He tallied two rebounds and one assist in the game.

 

Lexington native Shelvin Mack did not score and was 0-2 from the field in six minutes of action for the Wizards. He tallied two rebounds and one assist.

 

Former UK power forward Chuck Hayes did not play for the Kings due to a dislocated shoulder.

 

Former UK center Daniel Orton did not play for the Orlando Magic due to a coach’s decision. Former UK guard DeAndre Liggins was inactive for the Magic.
