The company was founded in 1979, well before its new CEO was born.

But Brady Jolly is moving fast to make his mark on the family plumbing business. After taking over from the retiring Barry Jolly, his father, the company has tripled its space in a new building in the Northern Kentucky community of Wilder. And while Jolly Plumbing is on track for a record sales year, the bigger news might well be what the younger Jolly did to that spacious new office.

Brady Jolly wanted to create a ‘fun, enjoyable place to work.’

Brady Jolly, a recent graduate of Northern Kentucky University and a standout basketball player at NKU as well as Campbell County High School, had a full-size basketball court that is integrated into the office floor plan.

In addition, the office’s lobby has a unique industrial style with contemporary features, including a spiral staircase, a logo embossed floor and stone walls.

Brady Jolly graduated from NKU with a degree in entrepreneurship. He is using his experience in business and basketball to establish the culture at Jolly Plumbing.

“Our new facility was designed to create a team atmosphere,” Jolly said. “Having a full-court basketball floor inside our office is awesome, and helps create a fun, enjoyable place to work.”
