Beshear reports new single-day records — 3,469 cases and 30 deaths; 112 counties now in red zone

Gov. Andy Beshear said Kentucky set a new single-day record Thursday with 3,649 COVID-19 cases. Fayette County reported 178 cases on Thursday.
