Kentucky Court of Appeals to hear civil cases November 30 at EKU’s Carl D. Perkins Building

The Kentucky Court of Appeals will convene Thursday at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond to hear civil cases on appeal from Fayette, Franklin, Hopkins and Jefferson counties and a criminal case from Jefferson County.
