Former UK track and field standout Harrison breaks U.S. record in 100-meter hurdles

Former Kentucky Track and Field standout Kendra Harrison broke the American record running 12.24 (+0.7) in the 100-meter hurdles to win at the Diamond League Prefontaine Classic on Saturday. The 2015 NCAA champion broke the American record of 12.26 held since 2013 by Brianna Rollins – who went on to win the IAAF World Championship that year.
