Bevin names Mathews to state Public Service Commission; two added to social work board

Gov. Matt Bevin appointed Talina Rose Mathews, of Frankfort, to the Kentucky Public Service Commission. Her appointment follows expiration of the term served by former Commissioner Daniel Logsdon, who resigned last month to pursue new opportunities.
