Grant funding available for counties to use recycled waste tires in asphalt paving projects

Energy and Environment Cabinet Secretary Charles G. Snavely announced that grant funding will be made available to counties for projects that use recycled Kentucky waste tires in rubber-modified asphalt paving projects.
