Second annual Dollars for Rogers Scholars5K tells participants to 'glow big or go home'

  The Center for Rural Development is challenging individuals and teams to “Glow Big or Go Home!” at the second annual Dollars for Scholars 5K Glow Run/Walk to benefit the Rogers Scholars program.   This year’s event will be held on Saturday, Aug. 16, from 7:30-11 p.m. at the center and will include a first-ever glow run/walk.
