Former UK stars Wall, Cousins, return to Rupp Arena for exhibition game on Oct. 15

A day after celebrating the official tipoff of the Kentucky men’s basketball season at Big Blue Madness, past Kentucky greats John Wall, DeMarcus Cousins, Willie Cauley-Stein and Skal Labissiere will return to Rupp Arena on Oct. 15 for an NBA exhibition game.
Wall’s Washington Wizards will play Cousins, Cauley-Stein, Labissiere and the Sacramento Kings. The game is slated for 7 p.m.

After tremendous NBA rookie seasons, former Kentucky men’s basketball stars Devin Booker, Willie Cauley-Stein and Julius Randle have been chosen for the USA Men’s Select Team that will train July 18-21 with the USA Basketball Men’s National Team during its training camp in Las Vegas.

The NBA is coming back to Rupp Arena next season.
The Sacramento Kings and Washington Wizards will play an exhibition game at 7 p.m. on Oct. 15. Former Kentucky players DeMarcus Cousins, Rajon Rondo, Willie Cauley-Stein and John Wall will appear in the contest one day after Kentucky’s annual Big Blue Madness event.
