Those with MS Can Learn ‘To Live in the Fast Lane’ in Jan. 23 Program

The Baptist Health Multiple Sclerosis Center invites anyone with multiple sclerosis (MS) to attend its “How to Live in the Fast Lane with Multiple Sclerosis” program from 10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Jan. 23 in the Education Center Auditorium on the lower level of the 1720 Building at Baptist Health Lexington.

Topics to be covered in the program include MS and heat/cold, cognition, exercise, mental health, home safety/fall prevention, nutrition and an MS medication update.

Baptist Health staff members including a dietitian, psychologist, occupational therapist, MS certified physical therapists, a speech language pathologist and Dr. James Winkley, medical director of the Baptist Health Multiple Sclerosis Center, will speak.
